Connect your workspace to the tools, data sources, and model providers you use.
Connect Your Apps
Use Settings > Integrations to connect external systems to the current workspace. Do not assume an integration is ready just because a related product page exists. Always confirm the integration card status first.
Standard Connection Flow
- open
Settings > Integrations - search or browse for the integration
- open the integration card
- follow the setup steps on the detail page
- connect the external account or enter required credentials
- review any required location, account, or property mapping
- review tool approvals before agents use the integration
- test with a safe prompt, workflow, or internal record
Common Connection Types
OAuth Connections
OAuth connections redirect you to the external service for authorization.
Examples include:
- Google Calendar
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Ads
- Google Business Profile
- Meta Ads
- Facebook Pages
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
- Stripe
After OAuth completes, return to OzziOs and confirm the card shows the account as connected.
Account Or Credential Setup
Some integrations need account IDs, API keys, tokens, or extra setup.
Examples include:
- Ahrefs
- WordPress
- Twilio
- Wix
- HouseCall Pro
- ServiceTitan
- Jobber
- GoHighLevel
- Apollo.io
- CallRail
Store only the credentials required for the integration and rotate them when ownership changes.
Included Or Platform-Provided Tools
Some tools do not require the customer to connect an outside account. They are provided by the platform or configured at the workspace level.
Examples include:
- Firecrawl
- Exa Search
- Tavily
- Browser Use
- Nano Banana
- OpenAI Image Gen 2
- ElevenLabs
Use the card badge to confirm whether the tool is included or expects credentials.
Recommended Order For New Workspaces
- connect email and calendar tools
- connect files or knowledge sources
- connect the marketing or ad accounts your first workflow needs
- connect communication tools if you need SMS or voice
- connect CRM or field-service tools after your data model is clear
- enable custom MCP servers only when a specific workflow requires them
Troubleshooting Checklist
If an integration does not work:
- confirm you are in the right workspace
- confirm the card status is not
Coming soon - reconnect the account if authorization expired
- check whether a location, property, ad account, page, or workspace mapping is required
- review tool approvals
- test in an internal channel before assigning production work to an agent
Workspace Context Matters
Connections are workspace-scoped. If you manage sub-accounts, connect and test the tool in the exact workspace where the agent, workflow, campaign, or report will run.
After You Connect
Record:
- who owns the external account
- which workspace uses it
- which agents or workflows may use it
- which actions require approval
- where the team should report connection issues
