Plans & Billing
Settings > Billing is the operational source of truth for plan access, seats, usage, invoices, and subscription status.
Current Self-Serve Plans
The active self-serve subscription plans are Basic and Pro.
| Plan | Monthly price | Annual price | Monthly credits | Workspace limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $49 | $490 | 1,000 | 1 workspace |
| Pro | $295 | $2,832 | 5,000 | 2 workspaces |
The Billing page shows the live subscription, interval, usage, and seat state for the current workspace. Older workspaces may still show legacy or custom billing records, but new self-serve purchase decisions should be based on Basic and Pro.
Feature Access
Pro unlocks the advanced areas that most teams need for agency automation, including:
- marketing campaigns and reusable email templates
- website forms
- workflow builder and advanced workflow behavior
- portal features
- huddles
- video tools
- Websites & Coding / code sandbox work
- Local Rank
- call center and outbound voice tools
- higher-end model access where available
If a page does not appear, or if a feature asks you to upgrade, check Settings > Billing first.
What The Billing Area Covers
Admins use Settings > Billing to review:
- current plan and billing interval
- subscription status
- credits and usage
- seat usage
- workspace limits
- invoices and billing portal access
Parent And Child Workspace Billing
If you manage sub-accounts, billing can be inherited or independent depending on how the workspace is configured.
Important behavior:
- root workspace admins can manage child workspace access
- child workspaces may inherit access from a paid parent workspace
- the active billing state should always be confirmed in the live
