Account & Billing

Manage workspace settings, billing, access, and admin controls.

Workspace Settings

Settings is the admin control plane for a workspace. The sections you see depend on your role, workspace type, and developer access.

Main Settings Sections

Workspace Settings

Admins and owners use Settings > Workspace Settings to manage workspace-level details. In a sub-account, this section appears as Sub Account.

Use it to confirm:

  • workspace identity and display details
  • business setup that affects workspace behavior
  • parent or child workspace context
  • settings that should be reviewed before inviting the team

Profile

Settings > Profile is for your own user profile. Keep this separate from workspace-wide business profile settings.

Notifications

Settings > Notifications controls personal notification preferences.

Team

Settings > Team shows members, pending invitations, roles, usage, join dates, and member activity tools. Use it to invite teammates, resend or cancel invitations, adjust roles when allowed, and remove users.

Billing

Settings > Billing is the source of truth for active plan, seats, usage, subscription status, invoices, and billing portal access.

Sub-Accounts

Root workspace admins can use Settings > Sub-accounts to manage child workspaces. Sub-account users do not see this section as a root-level control.

Integrations

Settings > Integrations is where you connect external systems and review integration status. Open an integration detail page to connect accounts, finish setup, and review tool approvals.

Plugins

Settings > Plugins is for workspace plugins such as the WordPress connector.

Import

Settings > Import is for bringing data into the workspace, including supported contact and workspace import flows.

API Keys

Settings > API Keys is for creating and managing workspace API access.

Business Profile

Settings > Business Profile stores business context used across the workspace. Keep this aligned with AI Agents > Memory so agents inherit accurate company, service, brand, and audience information.

Ozzi Voice

Settings > Ozzi Voice is where admins configure voice-related workspace behavior when voice features are available.

Developer-Only Settings

Some users may see developer-only settings such as Snapshots, DEV_ADMIN, Labs, or Billing Recovery. These are not standard workspace setup steps for most teams.

Review monthly:

  • billing status and seats
  • team membership and roles
  • connected integrations and approvals
  • business profile accuracy
  • notification and API key ownership

Review before a major rollout:

  • plan access for the feature
  • whether required integrations are connected
  • whether the right teammates can access the workspace
  • whether agents have current business context
