Account & Billing

Manage workspace settings, billing, access, and admin controls.

Team & Roles

Use Settings > Team to manage who can access a workspace and what they can do.

What The Team Page Shows

Admins can review:

  • active members
  • pending invitations
  • each person's email and profile details
  • role and invitation role
  • status
  • usage
  • join date
  • recent member activity where available

The page also includes search, role filters, status filters, pagination, CSV export, invitation management, and member removal controls.

Roles You May See

The Team page works with these user-facing roles:

RoleTypical use
Adminworkspace administration, billing, integrations, and team management
Member / Editorday-to-day workspace work
Guestlimited collaboration or review access

Some workspace records may also identify an owner. Owners and admins have the broadest workspace management access.

Invitation Flow

  1. Open Settings > Team.
  2. Select Invite members.
  3. Enter the teammate email addresses.
  4. Choose a role.
  5. Send the invitation.
  6. Watch pending invitations for expiration, cancellation, or resend needs.

Before inviting a large group, check Settings > Billing for seat availability.

Managing Existing Members

Depending on your role, you may be able to:

  • update a member role
  • edit member profile fields such as job title, role in company, and bio
  • open recent member activity
  • resend or cancel pending invitations
  • remove a member from the workspace

Do not remove a teammate until you know which channels, workflows, integrations, or customer handoffs depend on them.

Sub-Account Behavior

Root workspace admins may be able to add existing organization members to a sub-account. Always confirm you are working in the intended workspace before adding or removing people.

Admin Tips

  • keep admins limited to people who actually need workspace controls
  • use guests for narrow collaboration
  • review pending invitations regularly
  • export team data before major access reviews
  • check member activity when investigating ownership or handoff questions
