Set up your workspace, connect core tools, and launch your first AI agent.

Welcome to OzziOs

OzziOs is a workspace for running AI agents, managing contacts, coordinating channels, and operating marketing or service workflows from one place. This Help Center is written for owners, admins, and operators who need to set up the product and use the live app with confidence.

What You Manage In OzziOs

  • Channels, Inbox, Calendars, Contacts, and Tasks Board for day-to-day work
  • AI Agents for agents, shared memory, skills, voice setup, and action history
  • Workflows and Heartbeats for recurring checks and automation
  • Marketing for Websites & Coding, Email Campaigns, SMS Campaigns, Email Templates, Website Forms, Ahrefs Analytics, Chat widget, and Image Generation
  • Ads Studio for platform reporting and operations such as Meta Ads, WordPress, Google Business, Google LSA, Google PPC, Email Campaigns, and SMS Campaigns
  • Settings for workspace settings, profile, notifications, team, billing, sub-accounts, integrations, plugins, imports, API keys, business profile, and Ozzi Voice

How The Product Is Organized

  1. Channels and Inbox are where team communication and agent activity are reviewed.
  2. AI Agents is where you create agents and configure the context they use.
  3. Workflows and Heartbeats handle repeatable automation and proactive checks.
  4. Marketing and Ads Studio group campaign, website, creative, and reporting tools.
  5. Settings is the admin control plane for access, billing, integrations, and workspace setup.

Availability Notes

Some areas appear only when your workspace has the right plan, role, or connected account. Use Settings > Billing to confirm plan access, Settings > Team to confirm your role, and Settings > Integrations to confirm whether a connected service is ready.
